New Options for RFI Author and Recipient: Previously in RedTeam, only Employees could be specified as RFI Authors and only Customer or Third-Party Contacts could be specified as RFI Recipients. Now, you have the ability to specify any type of company contact (Employee, Customer, Third-Party, or Vendor) as an Author or Recipient for RFIs. The setting can be changed per Project from the Project Preferences (located by clicking the gear icon in the status bar at the top).
New Scope Field for Punch List Items: You now have the ability to associate a Punch List item with a Scope (original or changes) in a Project.
Roles & Permissions: Quickly add Permissions to several Roles at the same time. To do this, go to Configuration > Roles & Permissions > use the search function to look for specific permission; Once you have located the permission you want to add to multiple Roles, click the View icon (blue piece of paper to the right of the permission description) and then you can select the Roles to apply it to.
Warning Message When Sending a Draft Document: Documents in RedTeam can be emailed in either Draft or Committed status, but some documents, such as RFIs and Submittal Requests for Approval, can be limited when sent in Draft status, as some features such as the ability to submit a Response to the document are disabled until the document is Committed. In order to avoid the situation of accidentally emailing a document in Draft status that was intended to be Committed, we have added a warning message when you attempt to send a Draft document. If you intended to send the document in Draft status, simply ignore the warning and continue.
